TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the provider and participants of events (workshops and other events).

2. Event Registration

  • Registration is carried out via a form on the website
  • After submitting the form, the participant will receive a confirmation email
  • A spot at the event is reserved only after payment has been received

3. Price and Payment

  • The price is listed for each event
  • Payment is made via a payment gateway or another specified method
  • The provider reserves the right to change the price before the order is confirmed

4. Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling

  • Purchased event participation cannot be canceled with a right to a refund
  • The participant may reschedule their attendance once to another date, no later than 48 hours before the event
  • In case of later notification, the right to a replacement date expires
  • The replacement date must be used within 4 months

5. Event Cancellation by the Provider

  • The provider reserves the right to cancel the event (e.g. due to illness or low number of participants)
  • In such a case, a replacement date or a refund will be offered

6. Liability and Participation

  • Participants attend the event at their own risk
  • Participants under 18 years of age must have consent from a legal guardian
  • The minimum age for participation is 15 years (unless stated otherwise)

7. Health Condition and Allergies

  • Participants are required to inform the provider in advance of any allergies or health restrictions
  • The provider is not responsible for any complications resulting from failure to disclose such information

8. Photography and Video Recording

  • Photos and video recordings are taken during events
  • These materials may be used for marketing purposes (e.g. social media, website)
  • By registering, the participant agrees to their creation and use
  • If the participant does not agree, they must inform the provider in advance

9. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are valid from March 1, 2026
