COMPLAINTS POLICY

1. What Can Be Complained About

In particular, the following may be subject to a complaint:

  • Failure to follow the announced program
  • Significant reduction in the quality of the service

2. How to Submit a Complaint

By email to info@thegirlsevents.cz as soon as possible after the event.

3. Complaint Resolution

The complaint will be resolved no later than 30 days

In the case of a justified complaint, the following may be offered:

  • A replacement date
  • A discount
  • Exceptionally, a refund
